It's more about our service department. I just bought a new car that came with a defective part, and they have had the vehicle in the shop for three days. I only drove it one day, but it's been frustrating.

Service desk is always friendly and helpful. The oil change and tire rotation was done exactly when they said it would be and the waiting room is one of the best I’ve ever been in.

I added the tire rotation at the recommendation of the advisor and when I received my truck back the tires were not rotated and my washer fluid was low when I understood that full service meant they were checking all fluids not just the oil.

They took care of me quickly and were friendly and courteous. My oil was changed, fluids checked, and tires rotated in a very reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is very nice with water and snacks and television.

Had my oil change and my truck was inspected for leaks . I was notified about my dirty filters ,which got changed out. They did a great service.

Our sales person Sharon was amazing. The manager of the facility that was sitting in on the sale was completely rude and unprofessional. He would not work with us and tried to use the intimidation factor on my wife and I. We did not appreciate that at all because we were there to buy a vehicle. Only reason we did business with them was because of Sharon she was exceptionally at her job and made us feel welcomed. Just felt bad because she had to keep apologizing for her own manger who we saw treat multiple salesman poorly in front of customers. His leadership was out of line and he should be written up or demoted for his actions.

Never know how you need to drop off car. One time they will come to car for info and keys, while the next time you may have to go inside. Had appointment, received text to "track status of vehicle" but was never able to get in to view. Finally just drove back after 6-hour wait, and was told it had been ready for a while but had been too busy to write up ticket or call. If the salesperson hadn't added the "free oil change for life" without my husband realizing, we wouldn't use the dealership for this.

I had a frustrating experience with a service representive named Isaiah at the Midland dealership location on August 14, 2025. Isaiah was difficult to deal with and seemed unwilling to assist in a basic way. I did not have my Ally insurance card for the lifetime oil change, he refused to contact the company and told me i needed to go home and get my physical card. This could have been easily handled with a quick phone call, but instead, it caused an unecessary delay and made me late for work. There was another lady that was helpful and helped get everthing cleared up. And, the accutal service provided was very swift and delaginent on returning my vechile promptly. There was a clear lack of effort to provide helpful or accommodating service from him. I expected more professionalism and support from this dealership. I would not recommend working with Isiah based on this experance.

Always a great place to take care of all my maintenance.

Brought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a transmission flush with filter change. Oscar and Ian were very helpful and made sure that my truck was taken in for service right away. The transmission was shuddering and shifting hard and this flush did wonders for solving that problem. Now I’m confident to take trips and not worry about my transmission going out. The technician did his part as well, leaving my truck just as clean as it was when I took it in! Great job to everyone at Midland All American Chevrolet!

It’s always been 5 stars in the past, this time with a scheduled appointment it took 3 hours for an oil change. Tires were rotated however 3 (from 8am till after 11am). Usually I’m out in a little over an hour. I’ll continue to take my vehicles there.

I’ve taken my new trucks to Chevy Midland for service for the past three years and technicians continue to fail to rotate the tires even after the service desk and service supervisor are reminded with time in advance to ensure this gets done. I even told them the tires are marked for the same reason (not getting them rotated previously) and still the job doesn’t get done. We as customers pay A LOT for “professional service” and shouldn’t be worried about marking tires to ensure the job gets done. Tires on your vehicle are a big liability and are a safety concerns for families. Can’t imagine how many people have been affected by this or any other services that are incomplete.

My experience was not good enough with the ladies in the front need more customer service experience. After receiving my vehicle from an oil change my compartment glovebox where they have to check the filter was a mess my stuff was thrown in my passenger seat and in the floor by the seat I am very upset because they didnt take good care of my important documents inside my compartment glovebox!

The Chevrolet app didn’t allow appointments to the dealership. Used the app many times before, arrived when opened and no cars were present, and was told I will get pulled in when all appointments are done in front of me an hour and half wait I was told, didn’t fill up windshield washer fluid and didn’t check tire pressure during full service oil change. The whole holding my keys and walking me back to the cashier makes me feel like a criminal when I spent $80k on a new truck at this dealership a year ago. The cashier girls were lively and were a light in a dark tunnel there tho. Kudos to them for being themselves and treating me like a human.

I can't begin to express my deep appreciation for the service I have received from All American Chevrolet through the many years that I have been going to them to service each of my 5 Chevrolet Silverado's that I have proudly owned. Since 2019 when I purchased my first Silverado to the one, I drive today, all have been purchased at All American Chevrolet except for one that was purchased in Arlington, TX (Vandergriff Chevrolet) but the service for that truck was always provided for by All American Chevrolet in Midland. Not only is All American Chevrolet my first and only choice for service for my Silverado's but it is for the exceptional Customer Service I have received each time I bring my trucks in for service. I would like to especially extend a "shout-out" to Ian in the Service Dept, he is someone who has always provided me exceptional Customer Service, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional each and every encounter I have had with me. I took my 2024 Colorado in for an oil change and tire rotation on 12/12/25. My appointment was at 9am, the truck was taken in shortly after my arrival, I waited and was out the door before 10am. From making the appointment in person to getting in out in a timely fashion I was very satisfied with my experience. I trust bringing my Traverse and Colorado to All American Chevrolet in Midland because I know the job will be done right and they will check the little things e.g., windshield wipers, all fluid levels, all filters, tire pressure, etc. you wouldn’t go to a foot doctor for a toothache, why take your Chevrolet anywhere but a reputable Chevrolet dealership for service? All American Chevrolet in Midland has a great service department.

We asked that one bulb be replaced on the headlight, and the Dealership replaced the entire headlight system, so it went from $500 bill to close to $2,000 bill. Also, We talked to Service Dep't about replacing the small piece on the door handle. I was instructed to go the Parts department and order the piece and it would simply "snap back on" and I wouldn't have to pay for labor for it. I did just that, paid $120 for the part, came back 2 days later to pick it up and tried to "snap it back on", and it doesn't do that, as it had to be screwed back on, and the Service Manager said that will be 30 minutes labor and cost $125, after I was initially sold on the part and simple no cost labor to "snap it back on". It was the classic example on both issues of "Bait n Switch". Been coming here for years and never had issues, not even once, so don't know what has happened to the service department. We have only had Chevy vehicles since 2015, so over 10 years now. Very Disappointed!

I was please with the service wasn’t a long period of waiting time a couple of days, been there before for other reasons it just seems they never have enough loaners and I have to pay out of pocket for rental. But other than that I’m satisfied. The people up front they’re friendly and try to work with you to their best.

It should not take 5 months to get my car repaired. It had a transmission issue it was parked two months before they even looked at it. That is crazy.

We made an appointment for an oil change and service; we made arrangements to leave our vehicle and not wait on it in the waiting area. They took their sweet time not getting back to us one single time, we had to call them twice. When I called at 5:15 to see if it would be ready before they closed, I am told it has been ready for an hour, but I need to now rush across town to be there in time to pick it up. NOT Acceptable!!

The level of commitment is impressive! I LOVE get my oil changes at the dealership now because Lithia Chevy has improved tremendously.

I was welcomed into a warm dealership when the weather was cold.. I was offered water immediately, room temperature... I am not a coffee drinker.. the waiting seats , comfortable. The TV on ESPN.. what more could I ask for Sarahi and Isaiah would update me about every 30 minutes or so..

Chris, my salesman was great and so was Hector the sales manager on the day I bought my truck. Four days after my purchase, I noticed a screw in my tire. The truck had 140 miles on it. It was a very slow leak. I may have drove off the lot that way, also maybe not, but I was told that in order to use my warranty... on a tire.. I had to leave my truck for a few days. There werd eight of those particular tires in stock at the dealership. So instead of using the warranty on the four day old truck, I had to pay $342 or be without a vehicle for a few days. That's pretty outrageous. Maybe it was an accident. I would really like my $342 dollars refunded and the tire be handled through warranty. I am going to call up the chain of command and see what we can do. I think a mistake was made and I am very much happy with a quick mend. Thank you

Really disappointed in the staff this visit. Each time I come in, I schedule appointment, I show up and I add tire rotation. To my surprise the tire rotation is not being done. How I found out, Isaiah let me know I had not had them rotated for 15k miles. When I said what happened, I request it every single time as I did on 2/23 to the lady who checked me in. He further said the front tires we toed in, yes because the staff was not adding them to my service.

The staff was very friendly and was sent a $20 discount via email that I applied towards my repair. On the down side, I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change and both air and cabin filter replacement...it took 2 hours. Shuttle service available, but I decided to wait. Next time, I'm getting a ride home.

My oil change was done in a timely manner and very professional.

I brought my 2024 Traverse in for service and warranty work, my phone wouldn't Bluetooth to my radio and the daytime back lights on my instrument panel quit working Ian and your service manager more or less told me I was lying that lights don't work unless it's dark and I know for a fact that is BS. That said the Bluetooth didn't get fixed,the lights weren't fixed and the car wasn't serviced ether.

After months of searching for the perfect vehicle i finally found the one. The sales associate that helped me did a great job keeping me updated answering all the million questions I had.. thank you Orvil!

Went in for 2 recalls and it took all day and it was only reprogramming. System to monitor progress they text us to use , did not work at all. Appointment was made for service so it should have not taken 8 hours to do.

Needed first oil change.

I had a recall on the fuel pump module. The part came in, an appointment was made. When I took the car in, the Service Techs were friendly and efficient. The car was in by 9 am and out by 3pm. I was VERY satisfied with the service.

If I ask for service I hear no or there is a delay. No loaners.
