The people where good and friendly

No one called or reached out to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I called about 3 different times and went to voicemail. It was almost 6pm so I just had someone take me up there to check on the status.

The salesperson, Kandice & the Finance Manager Shane were great. Very helpful and really listened to my needs. My experience with Brent the finance rep who completed my paperwork was awful. He rushed through the signing process after I waited hours. He misrepresented the deal and did not throughly explain the breakdown of additional costs. I called to speak with him about it and was told that I “don’t have to take the car if I don’t want to” and that “they could sell that car because it’s in high demand for more money” and it’s “not like I got an EV which are harder to sell also they practically give them away”. This upset me as a new costumer, especially since I don’t have my vehicle yet and I was only calling for answers to my questions. Fortunately, I asked for the managers contact information and Shane called me back right away. He was very professional and informative and helpful. If it wasn’t for him and Kandice you would have lost a customer. This made what was an exciting happy experience turn into an uneasy, questionable one.

It took over 2 hours to get an oil change with an appointment slot. I feel like that’s much more time than it should have taken. Upon arriving to the service desk, staff was not friendly or greeted customers. I had to approach someone for service and it was only me and one other customer there with 3- 4 staff members available. It would be nice for them to acknowledged us customers.

I had a great time picking out my new truck, I know I was being a little difficult but my sales women were very patient with and and helped me get what I wanted. I thank Barbara and Dez for their help and patience. It's a great place to get a vehicle.

It took over 20 minutes before I was helped by an advisor and me and 2 other customers were skipped over. I had an appointment and it still took over 2.5 hours for an oil change. I have a missing logo that never came with the vehicle and you guys plan to use double sided tape to install it instead of ordering a new bracket I bought a vehicle from all American 12 years ago and the service department was terrible. I decided to try it again thinking surely it has improved. I am glad I did not purchase a service plan.

Went in for a oil change and to have my oil pressure sensor replaced. I had originally wanted to schedule a troubleshoot for the oil pressure sensor but that was a 4 week wait. But since i was 90% sure my sensor was failing, i called to find out if they can schedule me for the new sensor to be installed instead. That was definitely the way to go since i was able to get my vehicle in and out on the same day. Sarahi was very attentive and responsive when i had questions. I definitely recommend going to the dealership for all maintenance and work on vehicles.

Our sales man (Jonathan L.) is always great and has the best customer service. Second time buying from this him and it went by fast.

I want to shout out Nicolas Cofer and Carlos Loya they gave my husband and I a wonderful experience with buying a car. Although we were there for over 4 hours, they both worked tirelessly to meet all our needs.

If not for Felipe, I would not have given All American Chevrolet in Midland an opportunity. He gave me his word that he would help me get the best deal on a WT and for about $800., more i could buy a Custom version. Took us over 3 hours (which was to long) and we were about to leave but the monthly payment i wanted was offered.

Waited for shuttle to show up in AM to take me to work for over an hour. I had to find a way to get to dealership to pick up my vehicle due to shuttle not showing up again. My cars undercarriage was covered in oil

I went because my truck had some recalls, one of them related with power steering, they tried to fix it, but when I picked up my truck, a message in the dash about steering assist appeared, I wen again at the dealership because they did the failure, but they didn't repair that, also, they charge me 150 dlls for the "diagnostic" and recommend me spend 4000 dlls to replace all the steering wheel assist, 2 weeks the first time and two more weeks the second time just for that!

My first experience at the dealership was excellent. I bought a 2025 Suburban out of town and took it in to All American-Midland for its first oil change. I made an appointment for the service. They sent reminders (which I appreciate). The service department was prompt and got me out within the hour. I was very pleased and look forward to many more interations with the dealership.

I went in for a spray on bed liner. I left the truck one morning about 9:30am and I believe the truck just sat there and was not ready till 2 days later. I had to call to find out the status because the communication between Service Department and customer needs to be worked on. I did everything in my power to keep checking but Service Department is hard to get a hold of. I don't know if I will use this Service Department in the future. I rated the WORK ON THE BED Excellent. Not the communication to Customer. In my past experience with Trucks Spray on Bed Liners if purchased midday Spray on Bed Liner was ready the next day. Why was I given an appointment if it wasn't going to be ready. Thank you for the work on the bed liner.

This was the first time I brought my 2015, C7 Stingray to All American (15,137 original mile's on odometer) to comprehensively review and complete on all applicable items noted in Owners on page 11-7 " "Service & Maintenance." All items were satisfactorily completed. Note - several other items (ex. "Change Manual Transmission on page 11-7 were also completed even though the mileage interval (72,000) has not yet been reached.

I cold called and Sharon, one of the sales persons, answered and was very nice from the beginning. I didn’t say much about the type of vehicle I wanted because most of the time sales people get pushy on making you upgrade or get something better. This was not the case at all, she helped me look at so many vehicles I started to feel bad but she made it clear that she wanted me and my wife to get the vehicle we really wanted. When it came time to deal with the finance guys they were also very helpful and just great guys to talk with. The process was as smooth as I could’ve hoped for!

I had a 9:15 appointment for an oil change, car was ready at 11:15. I told the clerk that i had a $25 coupon and she quoted me $78 for oil change. I asked how much if they rotated tires, she replied it would run around $100 with coupon. I told her to proceed with tire rotation. I picked up my car and tires were not rotated. Would you like to wait longer? REALLY? NO. Then i look on their website and see a coupon for $80 for oil change and rotation. Would have been nice had she told me as a courtesy.

I added the tire rotation at the recommendation of the advisor and when I received my truck back the tires were not rotated and my washer fluid was low when I understood that full service meant they were checking all fluids not just the oil.

Never know how you need to drop off car. One time they will come to car for info and keys, while the next time you may have to go inside. Had appointment, received text to "track status of vehicle" but was never able to get in to view. Finally just drove back after 6-hour wait, and was told it had been ready for a while but had been too busy to write up ticket or call. If the salesperson hadn't added the "free oil change for life" without my husband realizing, we wouldn't use the dealership for this.

They took care of me quickly and were friendly and courteous. My oil was changed, fluids checked, and tires rotated in a very reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is very nice with water and snacks and television.

I had a frustrating experience with a service representive named Isaiah at the Midland dealership location on August 14, 2025. Isaiah was difficult to deal with and seemed unwilling to assist in a basic way. I did not have my Ally insurance card for the lifetime oil change, he refused to contact the company and told me i needed to go home and get my physical card. This could have been easily handled with a quick phone call, but instead, it caused an unecessary delay and made me late for work. There was another lady that was helpful and helped get everthing cleared up. And, the accutal service provided was very swift and delaginent on returning my vechile promptly. There was a clear lack of effort to provide helpful or accommodating service from him. I expected more professionalism and support from this dealership. I would not recommend working with Isiah based on this experance.

Brought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a transmission flush with filter change. Oscar and Ian were very helpful and made sure that my truck was taken in for service right away. The transmission was shuddering and shifting hard and this flush did wonders for solving that problem. Now I’m confident to take trips and not worry about my transmission going out. The technician did his part as well, leaving my truck just as clean as it was when I took it in! Great job to everyone at Midland All American Chevrolet!

Our sales person Sharon was amazing. The manager of the facility that was sitting in on the sale was completely rude and unprofessional. He would not work with us and tried to use the intimidation factor on my wife and I. We did not appreciate that at all because we were there to buy a vehicle. Only reason we did business with them was because of Sharon she was exceptionally at her job and made us feel welcomed. Just felt bad because she had to keep apologizing for her own manger who we saw treat multiple salesman poorly in front of customers. His leadership was out of line and he should be written up or demoted for his actions.

It’s always been 5 stars in the past, this time with a scheduled appointment it took 3 hours for an oil change. Tires were rotated however 3 (from 8am till after 11am). Usually I’m out in a little over an hour. I’ll continue to take my vehicles there.

It was a great experience. Sarah (spelling) was great she kept me informed and worked with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. We even discussed travel while there so it felt very personable.

It was the worst experience I have ever had there. They weren’t sure if they serviced my gas engine pickup for a diesel and that was talking with the service advisor. I left and I had two tires with low pressure and my service inspection was done. I however am very grateful for Oscar.

I’ve taken my new trucks to Chevy Midland for service for the past three years and technicians continue to fail to rotate the tires even after the service desk and service supervisor are reminded with time in advance to ensure this gets done. I even told them the tires are marked for the same reason (not getting them rotated previously) and still the job doesn’t get done. We as customers pay A LOT for “professional service” and shouldn’t be worried about marking tires to ensure the job gets done. Tires on your vehicle are a big liability and are a safety concerns for families. Can’t imagine how many people have been affected by this or any other services that are incomplete.

The Chevrolet app didn’t allow appointments to the dealership. Used the app many times before, arrived when opened and no cars were present, and was told I will get pulled in when all appointments are done in front of me an hour and half wait I was told, didn’t fill up windshield washer fluid and didn’t check tire pressure during full service oil change. The whole holding my keys and walking me back to the cashier makes me feel like a criminal when I spent $80k on a new truck at this dealership a year ago. The cashier girls were lively and were a light in a dark tunnel there tho. Kudos to them for being themselves and treating me like a human.

The service department was able to get me a schedule to bring my truck in for warranty work and provide a loaner due to some health issues with my mother as I could not afford to be without a vehicle. The service department got it in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I appreciate them helping me out with this and the tech kept me updated with the progress.

I can't begin to express my deep appreciation for the service I have received from All American Chevrolet through the many years that I have been going to them to service each of my 5 Chevrolet Silverado's that I have proudly owned. Since 2019 when I purchased my first Silverado to the one, I drive today, all have been purchased at All American Chevrolet except for one that was purchased in Arlington, TX (Vandergriff Chevrolet) but the service for that truck was always provided for by All American Chevrolet in Midland. Not only is All American Chevrolet my first and only choice for service for my Silverado's but it is for the exceptional Customer Service I have received each time I bring my trucks in for service. I would like to especially extend a "shout-out" to Ian in the Service Dept, he is someone who has always provided me exceptional Customer Service, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional each and every encounter I have had with me. My experience was not good enough with the ladies in the front need more customer service experience. After receiving my vehicle from an oil change my compartment glovebox where they have to check the filter was a mess my stuff was thrown in my passenger seat and in the floor by the seat I am very upset because they didnt take good care of my important documents inside my compartment glovebox!

I took my 2024 Colorado in for an oil change and tire rotation on 12/12/25. My appointment was at 9am, the truck was taken in shortly after my arrival, I waited and was out the door before 10am. From making the appointment in person to getting in out in a timely fashion I was very satisfied with my experience. I trust bringing my Traverse and Colorado to All American Chevrolet in Midland because I know the job will be done right and they will check the little things e.g., windshield wipers, all fluid levels, all filters, tire pressure, etc. you wouldn’t go to a foot doctor for a toothache, why take your Chevrolet anywhere but a reputable Chevrolet dealership for service? All American Chevrolet in Midland has a great service department.

I was please with the service wasn’t a long period of waiting time a couple of days, been there before for other reasons it just seems they never have enough loaners and I have to pay out of pocket for rental. But other than that I’m satisfied. The people up front they’re friendly and try to work with you to their best.

It should not take 5 months to get my car repaired. It had a transmission issue it was parked two months before they even looked at it. That is crazy.
