It is absolutely absurd that a family vehicle must be left sitting “in line” on your lot for 15-20 days just to be “looked at” by a technician. You people have no idea what it is like for a family to not be able to have access to the family vehicle for that period of time before even being looked at, not to mention the time required to diagnose and fix the problem. We have kids running all over town and we have to beg, borrow and steal favors from other families to transport our own family around town during the waiting period. You all basically must hold our vehicle hostage in your yard when we could be driving our own kids around. We have to pay monthly payments and insurance on a vehicle we cannot even drive while waiting in line for your service people to catch up. If you all are behind, that is no problem-just let us drive our vehicle in the meanwhile and let us know when you need the vehicle to start repairs. No other industry in this country could get away with stupidity like this!!!

The sales rep Jose was very helpful professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle arrival. He worked with me to ensure I close the right vehicle that best fits my needs. Everyone was also nice and welcoming I definitely will recommend people to come here for their vehicle purchase.

I was supposed to get the 15,000 mile maintenance recommendation which included a tire rotation which i paid for. However when I got my car back the tires had not been rotated which I knew because I marked my tires because sadly this has happened before. So I had to miss another part of my work day to take my vehicle back the next day. So yes very disappointed and i only gave 2 stars because the service/counter guy was very apologetic.
