Really fast service, I was also missing a clip on the front pass side fender that ALC installed even though Chevy doesnt install them the service guy found a substitute clip and took care of it great service! Chevy guy for life!
It all started when the cluster on the dash indicated a warning alert to service then a split second disappeared. The message happens so quick I wasnt even sure what the message was a first. That happened over a course for two weeks and total number of times that happened was three. By then I got to thinking something is up. The vehicle was far from being serviced for oil change, etc. Had me worried. Woke up one morning to start vehicle from phone app to find not it working, thought it was wifi-go figure. So went to key fob remote start it that way to find that the vehicle was only just relocking itself based on the lights when they flashed on the vehicle. That was strange. So went out to start it on the dash to find it would not start there either. Popped the hood to apply cables for a jump. No luck for the cables we had sucked-go fig. So left the charging system on a maintainer/trickle charger till lunch in hopes so I wouldn't have to have the vehicle trailered to the Chevy house. Started right up, thank goodness, let it run for a bit to recharge alternator, battery, etc. OnStar emailed a alert nonfiction about the battery being critically low, to render service that morning at 7:42am. Spoke to JD to confirm the appointment time to service the charging system. Next morning came to drop it off where on the way the message popped up again. Okay by then that was four times. I was happy that I was already on my way to the Chevy house for the concern. Performed load test, charged battery, etc. Battery was not holding up so new one was installed to assure vehicle drivability performance. Really glad the problem was fixed in the same day also to know vehicle should no longer have charging concerns on such a new 2020. Having warranty has already paid for itself along with the great in and out services in the service department. Keep it up All American of Chevrolet in Midland, Texas. Your Customer :-)
I was a walk - in and on that particular day the appropriate line was short, so I'm thankful for that. The staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to answer any of my questions. The service time was satisfactory. So all in all I got what I went for and I'm happy about that.
