I arrived at 8 sharp to get in and out as soon as possible, come to find out 3 hours later they had put me on the drop off pile for pick up later. When I specifically mentioned I would wait in the waiting area for my vehicle. I can’t understand drop off method. What difference is there. If you drop off early your still looking to get called for the pickup of your vehicle at the earliest time possible. I was really frustrated and upset. Sorry but it has been my worst experience ever.
Very Cold and Windy Day. We pulled up and the Salesman met us as we were getting out of the Car. Very impressed with his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to insure we were well taken care. Thank you.
I took my car in for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was on. I let the service writer know and it was promptly corrected. Wires were left unplugged going to the air cleaner housing causing the light to be on. My question is how could your mechanic drive it out of the service bay and not notice the light?
I called to have my truck tires rotated and oil changed. But was told it would be 2 weeks but if I had it in by 8am they could get it done. I had it there at 8:05.I told the guy I wanted fire rotation and oil change. I left I called at 12. Went to like a voicemail so went over there. My truck was not done. A lady told me there were 3 other ones in front of me.That didn't have appt. When I had been picked up they pulled my truck to back but my truck was sitting behind inside the fence. I waited for my truck at 12 and was finally done by 330.My friend And I waited outside watching it took a picture. They pulled it up but didn't see it get tire rotation. When they pulled it to front I went in. The lady was all ready calling me. I asked if my truck was rotated cause I didn't see it happen. She came back with a smart attitude if I would have dealt with her it would be done. Your kidding me I told the guy what I wanted it should have been done. I live in odessa I had a friend take me over there. Her attitude was just horrible. Like if I didn't like it make an appt. I have taken my truck before without an appt. And it was out in 3 hours.Not over 8.
Dylan I believe was his name was amazing we walked in wanting a truck but it wasn't really in out budget so he showed u different option which we liked ......he was very attentive and very friendly to my husband and I .....when ever we decided to purchase a vehicle once more we will definitely be back.....so happy with my new 2018 Malibu
When I went to service my SUV the lady was not willing to listen to me it took for times for me to give her my name to find me which im more upset that she kept saying" I don't think you have an appointment are you sure you made one" rather than trying to find me. After finding me, I kept informing her what needed to be done and what I have purchased to insure my vehicle had a lifetime warranty again, the same process not wanting to hear me and insisting that everything was in the computer, but everything I had informed her of was not correct. Other than this, it only took about an hour or so start to finish.
