This was the best experience we have had with the service department. Michael Fabbri got us right in on the day we called and had our car fixed that day. We have never had same day service outside of the oil changes we schedule weeks ahead of time. His service was excellent
We took our new truck to get several add ons installed last week at 10am. The midland dealership service team gave us something to drive for the day and the team was done installing the add ons by 4pm. They showed us how to work everything. Great work team!
My main concern is that I cannot schedule an appointment to change oil in my vehicle. I've tried 3 times and was told that I just need to come in and get in line. I arrived around 8:45 AM and did not leave till almost Noon. I live out of town so not convenient to just drop off my vehicle. The people who helped me were pleasant but I did waste a lot of time due to your policy of not allowing me to make an appointment. My ratings are strictly on these comments.

I couldn't be more satisfied, The sales staff was very helpful, Not only Jonette and Iris, but the rest of the staff was positive and eager. There were times I was waiting for someone to get me information and while I stood around, others were asking if I needed anything, offered water, coffee...The general manager of this place must be paying attention to training and to the way his people respond. Finance was good and efficient.
