Willy was great to deal with as a salesman. This said, when I had some consents and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, now one would call me to address it. I also asked to price out some accessories and was not able to get a complete quote in a timely manner. I also don’t have a clear timeline in when I’ll be ready to pick up the new vehicle.

Isaac was our salesman. He was very personable and polite. Even though I bugged him a lot. I'm old, and he treated me like he probably would treat his grandmother. I was very impressed how friendly everyone was. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them.

I had a great experience at the dealership, however I did have one small issue regarding the online appointment system. The auto-generated email I received stated that my appointment was not confirmed until I receive a call from the dealership. I arrived at the dealership at the time of my appointment, with no previous call to confirm, yet the advisor stated that my appointment was confirmed and on the books. It’s just a little confusing, and could potentially lead to the dealership having no-show appointments if there is no confirmation call needed.
