Jonette, Terry, and Robbie all were a very big help. I went 20+ years of people telling I could not get in a vehicle from people forcing me into vehicles I did not want to people telling me I need to get in this vehicle to get moved into this vehicle etc.but they went out of their way totally and got me in the vehicle I always wanted. I highly recommend All American Chevrolet in Midland. Robbie is an excellent leader and will help as much as he can. Jonette was excellent as well
You’ve had my car for a little over a month. Although it’s a while, I was told it would be a while and I constantly communicated with Adrian, my service advisor, so I was not surprised. I ended up having my whole engine replaced and my car drives superbly. As expected, that’s why I stay Chevy. Upon picking up my car, there are some animal prints on my seats from who knows what. However Adrian did say y’all will detail my car at no charge. A little over a week before my car was ready, I was expressing to Adrian how I was going to have my baby in four days and I’d have to Uber my way home from Odessa to Midland with my baby because I won’t be able to get in my Silverado after my C-section. He was so kind as to check if there was a rental and let me drive the Equinox to bring my baby home. Although I wish I would’ve had a rental from the beginning because it was hard, I’m glad I didn’t bring my baby home in like a Ford or a strangers car. My point is, this has been a long journey with y’all having my car for so long and then the hail damage during your possession (otherwise my car stays in a garage). But when you have someone like Adrian who communicates and goes above and beyond it makes the impact less brutal. As far as my time frame for parts to arrive I understand you guys have no control so the time was inconvenient but no one’s fault.
