I called 15 minutes before service department closed with an issue on our 2019 truck and Lee was kind enough to give us a suggestion to try and resolve our issue. Unfortunately it did not resolve our problem but Lee did tell us to bring it in for service. We were unable to drive it but he let us know about GM roadside assistance and a wrecker did come and tow our truck Considering the timing (July 4th), the service department did get our truck out in a timely fashion.
Very unorganized, the dealership just thinks about what���s best for them and puts customer service last, they take advantage of the customer, they don���t return emails or phone calls. You have to call them a couple of times to get threw. They charge the price on you at the last minute. When I picked up my car the inside was dirty. They apologize but after 3 or 4 mistakes you can tell they don���t care because the market is on there side. The only reason I did Business with this dealership is because they had just received the car I ordered and I didn���t want reorder the car at a different dealership and have to wait on it again and they knew it. So they took advantage of that. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was the worst dealership to do Business with.
