My car was dropped off at 7:30 am for an oil change. My brother who dropped it off was told it would take 2 hours. I was headed out of town for a business meeting and was not able to attend it that day since I didn't get my car until almost 2 that afternoon. When I called the girl answering the phone and would not let me talk to tell her what I needed and transferred me to odessa. I hung up called back and again she would not let me get a word until I told her i would not talk to someone in odessa since my car was being serviced in Midland. I understand phones and computers were down, but a phone number was written when it was dropped off why did they not call and say my car was going to take longer than expected. Service Dept can use a little improvement!!!!!

I just wasnt happy with how much I had to pay in labor fees for a part that only cost 100 dollars. Seems little much to charge 420 dollars in labor. I'm thinking it might be best to only have warranty items fixed by the dealership.
Mr. Isaiah Ramos was extremely helpful. He listen to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and he found me the perfect one! He was easy going and not pushy. Made it easy to deal with. Mr. Brent Poso was wonderful to deal with too. He made all the financial talk understandable and both stayed after closing to help us close.
