Everyone was great! However, I'd especially like to thank Darlene Martinez of the Service Department. Extremely professional, very helpful, and always communicative. With my flying back and forth to California (where I live) and Midland (where I work), she always keeps me in the loop when it comes to my repairs and service. In addition, if I have to fly in late and have left my car, she goes out of her way to figure out how I can pick up my car after hours so I can get to my oil rig. Genuine pleasure to work with someone who has such a caring and professional attitude.

The service department at All American Chevy continues to be an unprofessional joke. We received free oil changes for life when we purchased our vehicle in 2019 so we continue to suffer through the incompetence of that department. Never again. We’d rather pay for oil changes than wait in your service department for 3 hours, only to be told that you haven’t even started, and seeing that you cannot match an insurance card with the right vehicle. We also won’t be purchasing any vehicles from All American, as there are many dealers out there and you clearly don’t care about your customers once the check for the purchased vehicle clears.
