Paid $220 for diagnostics to tell me they couldn’t replicate the problem that was already confirmed by another shop and didn’t perform the repair needed. I had one week left on my warranty. The inability to answer phones to confirm appointments is lackluster, but a “diagnostic” of 4wd and transmission that cost over $220 should probably have added some miles to the odometer. Also maybe don’t assume your customers are stupid and don’t know when to use 4wd. Instructions for road conditions that warrant 4wd is condescending and proves the dealership doesn’t talk to the client enough.
