I went in for an oil change and upon arriving I wasn't greeted. There were 2 people behind their desks and one was helping a customer (understandable) and the other was finishing up with a car but noticed me and completely walked away. I waited for about 2 minutes before Jose (Mechanic/service tech?) actually greeted me and ask what I needed. He said he will find someone. I'm not sure of the guys name that eventually did help me but he was wonderful. He got all my information down and I asked him if he could make the ticket so I can make sure that my information is correct. (Previous visit my information was not on the ticket and never received a call that my car had been ready since 12 p.m.it was around 3 when I called to check on the status.) So any who he did make the ticket and let me verify that I was on the ticket and my correct information was there. It didn't take too long to get my car back and in good condition. The only thing that I can say is when I got my keys he said that the car was in the lube center drive up and he asked if I wanted to have the car pulled up. I said no I can walk to it...but my car wasn't there it was a lot further away. It was behind the gate past the second garage. I wish I would have asked for the pull up now. Oh well! It should just be courtesy to bring the car up so that we (customers) are not wandering around places we probably shouldn't be. Just a thought.
