First I’d love to say J.D. is an excellent Service dept manager. He is fantastic with communication, friendliness, and over all customer service. I just had my Vette in this summer as well for a recall and he did a terrific job taking care of me. Kuddos for the technician at the summer appt catching a worn out/cracking serpentine belt on a car of 5k miles. He really saved me from a potential bind. For both my most recent visit & the summer appt, I’ve had to deal with parts on back order. J.D. has been excellent about following up & keeping things on track. In fact, as I write this I’m still waiting for a new wheel on back order and to get car back in for that repair. Also, at my most recent visit the technician accidentally dented my wheel. I was promptly notified & it was explained that the dealership would make things right when I come back for the return service. I really appreciated JD being up front and honestly communicating the unforeseen issue. I certainly wouldn’t consider doing service anywhere else. My car is very important to me & Im very selective about who does anything to my vehicle. Thanks for being A+ in my book!
