Had a good experience. When I called to make my appointment they were about two weeks behind on work. Checked around with other dealers and they were about a month behind. Called back to All American and they were able to set me up with an appointment for less then a week on my second call. When I dropped off the car to leave it for my appointment the service writer was not around. But the service supervisor was able to help me. I explained to him the issue that it had. He knew right away what it was. Left the car in the shop for a couple of days. They called me back that the car was ready and indeed it was. Service supervisor was amazing on helping me. The car is running great with no issues thanks to the mechanic involved. Two weeks later after I had picked up the car the service supervisor took time to call me to check on the status of my vehicle to see if everything was running as it should. I was blown away that I had a call from All American. I have used several different shops and to have them to contact me regarding my vehicle I was amazed. For them reasons I took time just to let you know how great of a job of a job the service supervisor and the mechanic had done a great job. Will be using and referring All American Chevrolet in Midland for any mechanical issues. Thanks again.
