Wanted to put in parts I did not need them charged me 1100.00 to put back together.

Process was quick and easy We were able to work out a deal over the phone from El Paso and vehicle was ready when we arrived and we were on our way after only 30 minutes. We appreciate Isaiah���s patience and for Working with us throughout the entire day without being pushy.

Going to a dealership is never an easy thing. You have anxiety of whether or not you'll be able to get the car you want or even a car at all. I am definitely one of those people. Going in I was very hesitant to even have my credit ran. But Isaiah made me feel very comfortable and no pressure through the whole experience. He showed me options I didn't even think I could ever get. He talked me into just letting him run my information and to see what he could do for me. Whenever I received the phone call that I was excepted I was over the moon! This was a huge moment in my life and its all thanks to Isaiah and the whole chevy team! Everything was so easy to understand and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly! I would highly recommend and I do actually with everyone i know looking for a car. Thank you guys for helping this girl get her life started

The purchase of my vehicle was done over the phone since I live in El Paso 250 miles away. My salesman, Carlos Loya,was very professional and personable. He made the whole transaction easy for me. Everyone that I dealt with on the finance side were easy to deal with. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family if they are in the market for a new Chevy.

The overall experience left me feeling rushed and ignored. I came in to purchase a new vehicle and left with a "slightly" used "new" car. For a vehicle thats supposed to be brand new there is an ungodly amount of interior and exterior damage ,a couple gouges inches long,golf ball sized dents, and so many "minor" dings and scratches. The detail team couldn't even put forth the effort to clean the vehicle, there's fries between the seats a half eaten bag of chips in the seat pocket and a horrible unbelievable amount of crumbs packed into every crevice of the back seat. The sales team had to be the most dishonest I've had the displeasure of dealing with, they intentionally withhold information,tried to have me sign finance papers for a specific vin before even showing any vehicles. The sales man was dishonest on multiple occasions and areas. And the finance team wasn't any better. I expect the slimey tactics they attemted /use for a middle of nowhere dealership. Not the "great" all American chevy dealership. In closing i cannot in good faith recommend anyone to this particular dealer.
