Great service and timeliness

Lee McCord was outstanding. He stayed in constant communication with us, assisted my college aged daughter and double checked the work. The work was performed accurately and quickly.

Good service

Jose C greeted us when we got on the lot. He was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated that he wasn���t pushy but listened to what we wanted in a car. He saw that you had just received what wanted and was in the back and he went a got it. We had been car shopping most of the day and I had had a bad experience with this dealership many years ago so I was hesitant to come back that���s why it was my last stop. But Jose C proved me wrong and I have recommended many friends to this dealership and to work woth Jose. I appreciated one of the owners stoping to make sure we were being helped while Jose was getting the key. Super happy with our experience and super happy woth my new car! Thank you Jose C!!!!!!!

Very fast

the car buying experience was very fast, really liked how we were in and out within a few hours. our sales rep justin was very informative on any questions. the only issue came across is my chevy points, the reward points for the car has not shown up yet, we were going to use them for floor matts.

It was amazing I had a horrible experience with nissan before and chevy and my saleswomen Lonette went above and beyond to make things right and get me in a good reliable car

Quick and easy process

Trey greeted me immediately after arriving and showed me everything I wanted to see in a new truck. He was very professional.

The first time in the 20+ years that I have been getting my oil changed at Jeck Sherman/All American Chevrolet that my oil change was done in less than 45 minutes, I usually wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours or longer.

Carlos Loya was amazing helping us with all the paper work and set up the car accessories and answer all the questions we had amazing person and took the time and treat us like family

Great and efficient

Great people, great service

We tried to get Chiquita (our truck) serviced in Odessa. They are awful. Called y���all and spoke with Lee in the service department. He is amazing! He got us taking care of it within a few hours. Y���all are now our preferred dealership. We will never to the Chevy deal in Odessa again.
