2 min after arriving on lot salesman came up to me and started talking to me, very nice, system in place is efficient.

The guy that helped me out did an excellent job he wasn’t rushing me he wasn’t forcing me he was an excellent guy good salesman

Valerie was very willing to answer my questions and was forthcoming in providing information about the vehicle. She was prompt in completing the transaction and preparing the vehicle for delivery.

Overall had a great experience but they did not hold up on their word to increase my trade in value. Which in turn would’ve helped me get into the next trim up.

Very pleased. I have purchased my trucks from the same guy for the last 20+ years. I've always been a Ford buyer. But, with that being said, Brian Smith is my guy. I have now converted to Chevy for this reason. I have always been treated right and I will continue to buy from him. I have referred many friends to him, so that they may take advantage of the pleasure of doing business as well. This transaction has been seamless and with very low pressure. He knows me and how I prefer to do business. All American has been no different and just as accommodating.

I come in from out of town and I was told that they did not have the cabin air filter in stock. I was not offered the option for the dealership to order one and I could have gone back in to have it installed, instead i was told that I should go to a local and get one from there. i would rather trust the dealership to o0rder it and have it installed by them.

Customer service was great and they did a great job e we other my truck .

Takes days to get in and got charged $195 to replace 2 light bulbs; a 30 year customer of the dealership ....
