After dropping the vehicle off after 4 days there was no communication. We found out after the 4 days the gentleman following our case had been out all week. ultimately communication was made. Communication is very important to us as a customer we felt less important and did not care for that feeling. ultimately the case was closed the vehicle was fixed and appreciate ithat. We hope other customers do not feel neglected as we felt the initial 4 to 5 days.
